Shipping Policy
All U.S. Addresses:
All domestic orders are to be placed through our secure shopping cart and the shopping cart will provide you with an opportunity to review the items ordered. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail arrives in about 2-3 business days after shipment. USPS Priority Mail orders may be tracked by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or by logging on to www.usps.com. Our domestic shipping charges are as follows:
Most single products ship for $4.80; most packs for $8.25; large orders for $9.80.
International Addresses:
If you receive your mail in a US territory, International APO/FPO, or outside of the USA, contact us via our Contact Form. Simply type in the items you would like to order and provide us with your exact shipping address. We will then email you a PayPal invoice with your order subtotal that includes the exact shipping cost. Upon receipt of your payment, we will ship your products via USPS First Class Mail International. The shipping charge will be the exact cost to ship the goods based upon the weight of the items ordered. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees, if applicable, that may be imposed by your country or your broker are outside of our shipping charge and we have no way of estimating such things.
Note that it is far more economical to ship more than one item when you live outside the USA as the shipping charge is often the same to ship one regular size product as it is to ship three regular size products.
All Orders:
Please note that once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to your order or change any shipping information. Please make your product selections carefully and review your name, address and payment data to ensure they are correct before you submit your order.
Shipments are processed within a few business days of our receipt of your order (usually the same day). Occasionally, we may be finishing up a batch of fresh product when we get your order, or we may find ourselves with an unexpected surge of orders, so it's possible that your order could be held up a bit. Orders are processed on a first in, first out basis as swiftly as humanly possible. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer a substitution to your order.
Because we are a small company, taking orders over the phone impinges on our time to make products and pack and ship orders out. Currently, all orders must be placed through our secure shopping cart.
Payment Policy
We utilize PayPal as our exclusive provider of payment authorization services. You can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. Payments are made immediately, so it’s quicker than sending checks or money orders. In addition, signing up for a PayPal account is optional, so you can pay for your purchases without becoming a PayPal member. We do not accept any other form of payment. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Fitness Beauty Spa retains the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. If we make a mistake on your order, we will correct it.
